ok here it is. bad thing though it cut of the pic but you should be able to get it yet
and i made it purple too for you.


first make a new one by 480x272


1 add new layer 2 select your color 3 click the curve/line


then click and drag it across like that


curve it how you want it then add a couple more


then make another one like this. for the xmb going down


curve it


add a couple more


go to effect>photo>glow (depends on what version you have)


than it adds a glow. you can adjust it abit if you wanna


1 add new layer 2 click that round rectagle thing 3 than make it like that


1 click the fill bucket thing 2 than fill it in


ya you can't see what i wrote soo...ok go on the first layer then you can change it to whatever color you want or delete it so it will be transperent bg. done!! then save it!! hope this make sense lol
