NPaint v2.4Don’t call it a come back, NIGathan’s been here a year; just under one actually. NPaint’s debut was early ‘07, and nearly one year later, NIGathan’s graces us with NPaint v2.4.
NPaint v2.4 changes:
added a feature that allows you to change the theme color for the border. (R,G,B)
fixed music volume.
fixed bug causing brush to move back to the top left corner after changing color.
fixed ALL menu bugs by completely recoding the entire menu.
removed the random bars in the main menu.
reduced sizes of menu images by cutting out the parts needed instead of loading an image the size of the screen.
menu screens should appear faster now that it doesn’t randomly load constantly when choosing a new option. instead all images are loaded at the beginning increasing the loading time by a few seconds.
added an error message warning you when you try to load an image and you have no image saved.
added support for 3.71+ for Slim and Original PSP’s.

OrbidI must say, homebrew comes a dime a dozen nowadays, and over the years developers sure have come along way… What’s on tonight’s roster is another addictive homebrew game from a coder we’ve grown to know and truly appreciate. He goes by the name of Slasher, and this represents his latest — Orbid!

Orbid is an unique game in which you’re a small orb struggling to survive. You must eat the smaller (orange) orbs in order to gain points and survive in this dangerous world. All the while, you’ll be avoiding larger orbs or else you’ll become their dinner!
Orbid features 4 distinct game modes:
Normal Mode: Level based, in which each level will become increasingly harder for you to survive.
Survival Mode: Survival of the fittest. Survive for as long as possible before you become the enemies dinner.
Time Mode: Beat the clock. Eat as many helpless orange orbs as possible. For each one you eat, your timer will +1; and for each set of orbs you eat, you’ll recieve a 15to20+ random amount of time.
Mine Mode: Avoid the mines! Your goal is to eat the helpless small orb each round while avoiding the various scattered mines throughout the map.

Sleep n Wake v1.99Filename: Sleep.n.Wake.PSP.1.99.MULTi.8-MK2k.zip
Size: 12.65MB
Description:
A PSP Alarm Clock. Written by MK2k.
This is a little app for the PSP which gives you the possibility to doze off with your favourite chill-out music playing silently and wake up with some loud and hard music (or even with the beep.wake.mp3 in the package) with volume maxed at a predefined time.
Complete feature list:
The Wake Playlist will be looped infinitely
Fade the Wake-Up Tracks in, set up a time interval for this
Save your Battery's life, the PSP gets send into Suspend Mode after the last track in the Sleep List has been played, the PSP gets resumed one minute before the Wake Time -- this feature could only be possible with the help of Adrahil and his (yet not fully complete, but hey! who cares?) AlarmLib -> NOTE: Activate this feature in the Customize Menu, it is deactivated by default
Customize the Font Colours
Multilanguage Support (EN_DE_FR_IT_NL_FI_PT_PT-BR)
PowerLock feature, if enabled will prevent the user from switching the PSP to Suspend by hand with nudging the Power Switch upwards (this is good, because switching the PSP to Suspend by hand causes it to never get back without removal of the Batteries)
Full cbr/vbr/abr 8kbps-320kbps 44.1kHz MP3 support
MP3 can be of arbitrary length
Manage different playlists for Sleep and Wake modes
add / remove mp3s
save / load playlists
In Sleep mode you can set a special, more silent volume
Wake mode is entered at a preset time with volume maxed (you can always adjust the maximum volume with the VOL + and - keys)
Write yourself a message which will be displayed in Wake mode
USB Mass Storage can be enabled/disabled within the app
Energy Save Mode (underclocks the PSP to 50MHz while no mp3 is running)
Big Digits Time Display
24h/12h clock modes
Randomize playlist
Snooze mode

PSP KaraokeTransform that PSP of yours into a portable karaoke machine! Now make a fool of yourself wherever, whenever. Marvin’s PSP Karaoke supports MP3+G playback; that’s 2 files, a .mp3 accompanied by a .cdg.
The background can currently be customized by replacing BG.PNG with your own image.
The player will play songs from the MP3G folder. The songs have to be named m1.mp3, m2.mp3, …mX.mp3 with a corresponding m1.cdg. The ‘1′will be used as the song number.
Alternatively, you can populate an sqlite3 database (kpl.db) which allows you to forgo with the naming convention and store MP3G files in different locations on the memory stick. Note that most MP3G files on the internet don’t have mp3 id tags. The sqlite database has columns for artist names and song titles.
This is a concept beta version with the following features:
Plays MP3 + CDG Format
Add songs to queue
Play Pause
Sqlite3 songs database
Controls:
TRIANGLE - Show song number input
UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT - Input song number
CROSS - Add song number to the songs queue
SQUARE - Skip to next song
CIRCLE - Play / Pause
While the readme says “psp slim & lite”, I’ve confirmed it working on my PSP Phat with 3.90 M33.

NOT Homebrew
CFW .ctf Themes
Tired of that
Want a little more of this

Then you best be downloading this CXMB package with 50+ themes. Add a whole new look and feel to the XMB.
To install: copy the themes, poisonhzkj’s cxmb prx plugin, and backgrounds to the corresponding directory on your memory stick. The extracted file structure is self explanatory — just be sure to not overwrite ms0:/seplugins/vsh.txt if you have other plugins installed; instead, add the appropriate line manually, “ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx.”
Set your new custom theme by browsing to System -> Theme Settings. Enjoy
