i have been hearing on the sony forum boards that there is a new 4.00 update but some people say it is not true. does anybody know if this is true? Question

ya i hope so to. add a youtube downloader and some other cool stuff. or being able to play youtube videos on your psp's internet browser. bounce king albino rabbit
